Prepare and update daily production records
Perform daily process quality checks
Train and guide new operators
Mandatory checks all training records
Operates parameter and quality assemble product/WIP
Propose/Implement equipment related improvements for safety, quality and productivity
Responsible for the Establishment of New Process Flow Procedure in Production
Prepare daily/weekly production planning and work improvement program
Other responsibilities assigned by superior.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree

Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering course or any engineering course.
Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD
Can apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirement and production standard
Can create and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate the maximum efficiency using drafting tools and computer
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
Willing to render overtime
