Job Descriptions
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other important information to understand methods and activities in the manufacturing
Create plans for manufacturing products
Estimate production costs and establish cost-saving methods
Design layout of equipment, materials, or workspace for maximum efficiency through drafting tools or computer-aided designs
Implement quality control procedures to resolve problems or minimize cost
Job Qualifications
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or equivalent
With At least four (4) years of experience preferably in a Canning Manufacturing Industry
Basic Knowledge in Time and Motion Study for process mapping.
Basic Knowledge in Statistics and Probabilities
Hand-on commitment to getting the job done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can handle pressure
