JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversees the company's documents in order to ensure regulatory, legal, and security compliance, and processes with the purpose of increasing productivity and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Attainment: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience: 1-3 years relevant working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Designing templates for documents, file types, and document databases.
· Filing and archiving relevant documentation.
· Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings, and blueprints, are collected and registered in the system
· Implemented submission of all documents within time and quality parameters.
· Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them
· Print and distribute documents as necessary
· Work with documents and records across various departments, including human resources, marketing, and construction
· Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
· Performs other tasks as may be assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Competency in MS Office
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Time management
· High attention to details
· Honest and initiative and willingness to work hard
