Supports compliance to customer product requirements
Responsible for analyzing, testing evaluating products related to the business
Maintains correct engineering technical disciplines
Responsible for the execution of engineering processes
Organizes manufacturing industrial engineering related documentation for new existing products
Supports new programs performs appropriate engineering support during the prototype, pilot launch phases for each project
Handles existing programs and supports continuous improvement through improved designs, cost-reduction initiatives, process evolution, and new tools and equipment
Accomplishes project assignments to improve processes and resolve issues
Active support to the VEVA / CTO programs and Best Practices
Maintains continuous communications with internal and external customers to address requirements and concerns
Adherence to all applicable local procedures that require function and attention, as well as documentation of all procedures
Graduate of any engineering course, preferably B.S.I.E/ECE/EE/ME or equivalent experience
Preferably with 2 experience in an engineering manufacturing capacity
Wire harness manufacturing exposure/experience an advantage
Good both in oral written communication, problem solver, hard working, aggressive, fast learner, work schedule flexibility
Applicants must be willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City.
Possesses knowledge of production tooling equipment capabilities, assembly methods, product designs, costing, applicable engineering software, other specific engineering activities for wire harness development assembly
