Job Role:
Process Engineer is responsible in developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes from inception to start up and certification. Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data. Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes and develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Perform process simulations, manage cost and time constraints and provide process documentation and operating instructions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering.
With at least 3 year(s) of work experience in process engineering work involving process design and development Manufacturing set-up
Working knowledge in metal fabrication, carpentry and laser cutting machine operation.
Knowledgeable with FMEA.
Skilled in Time and Motion Study and Line Balancing
Knowledge in ISO9001 QMS
Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belter is an advantage
Know how in preparing and presenting technical reports.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Can work with minimal supervision
