Research on the implementation of a better system to eliminate excess motions.
Research on the latest systems that meet the company's long-term goal and prepare a cost-benefit analysis.
Initiative on the lean system, learning of lean tools, and looking for the scope of the implementation in all areas of Production.
A graduate of Industrial Engineering.
With at least 1 year of work experience in garments manufacturing firm.
Vast experience in Work Specification and Process Improvement.
Able to design Process Control and Study for continual improvements (KAIZEN).
Keen on details and with excellent analytical skills.
With above-average communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
