Travel Required: GCC EXPERIENCE
Under the direction of the Production / and maintenance Manager, shall be Responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical control and power systems in boilers and vessels. Install wiring and control equipment to power electricity in the boiler, burner and in the company facilities.
Job Description
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities
1. Install wiring systems into factories, boilers and other equipment accessories.
2. Upgrade existing wiring.
3. Follow State and local building codes during installation and inspection.
4. Repair electrical equipment.
5. Read and interpret electrical wiring diagram.
6. Trouble shoot circuits diagram, outlets, load centers, and panel boards.
7. Install and connect wires to circuit breakers, outlets, and transformers.
8. Use tools such as conduit benders, screwdrivers, pliers, knives, hacksaws, and wire strippers.
9. Replace faulty circuit breakers, fuses, switches, electrical and electronic components, or wire.
10. Replace old fuse boxes.
11. Install new lighting and other electrical equipment.
12. Repairmotors,transformers,generators,andelectroniccontrollersonmachinetoolsand
welding machine, grinders, cutter etc...
13. Deals with PLC and BMS
14. Deals with building electric Control Panel
15. Consultwithengineers,engineeringtechnicians,lineinstallersandrepairers,orindustrial
machinery mechanics and maintenance workers when performing installations at site.
16. Ability to get training on Fire Burner
Education Requirements
1. Min. High School Diploma.
2. Certified electrician from reputable institution or certification body
3. Min. five years related experience in the same field
4. Knowledgeable of boiler control and operation is a plus
5. Familiar or knowledgeable with electrical hazards and safety issue
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
1. Familiar or Knowledgeable about boiler control
2. Familiar or Knowledgeable about control panel assembly
3. Able to read electrical wiring diagram.
4. Boiler burners and operation experience is an advantage
5. PLC Knowledge is mandatory.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years works experience in same field Experience in steam boilers and burners is desirable
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1. Perform work standing or sitting in work cell for 8 hours per day and up to 6 days a week.
2. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
