Real Estate Capital Markets & Investment consists of individuals and institutional investors that invests money directly or indirectly to real estate.
Colliers Philippine's Capital Markets Investment Professionals leverage our combined cross border transaction expertise and solid network of relationships to identify, advise and execute acquisitions and disposals of prime real estate opportunities across a wide range of asset classes, including offices, retail, industrial, residential and hospitality investment properties as well as development sites.
This dynamic team is looking for experts who can understand client businesses intimately.
Provide industrial property information and introduce listings to clients.
Prospect for logistics tenants for the project.
Assist sourcing for more sole agencies in Logistics Landlord Representation Projects.
Build and maintain relationships with purchasers, tenants, landlords and vendors.
Create and generate property listings.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions.
Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.
Proactively lead land search initiatives
Qualifications
College Degree in any Business Courses
Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
Professionals with work experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, and Brokerage are encouraged to apply
Aggressive in gaining clients and ambitious in career development
