Job Description
With Experience with ITIL3/4 Incident (including Major Incident Management) and request management are key.
Ability to create/update process and training materials
Work with internal business stakeholders to identify and collate requirements, especially for service request.
Define request catalogue templates and flows and work with ITSM tool SME's to implement.
Assist with creation of what will be ongoing BAU reports.
Work with BAU team where any support related to processes being uplifted are required.
Experience with Sharepoint and Visio would be desirable but not required.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years relevant experience
ITIL Certified
