SAP Basis Level 1
- Provide systems administration support on SAP Systems:
- Perform assigned tasks during or beyond business hours depending on an assigned shift schedule
- Monitor the SAP systems and log system health, availability and performance
- Escalate issues and observed system deviations to the Level 2 administrators or team leads
- Assist in the troubleshooting of system issues
- Perform as a point of contact to the ITSD for BASIS-related issues and concerns
- Accept and perform the import of transport requests
- Adjust the Change Transport System (CTS) based on the recommended configurations of the Level 2 administrators or team leads
- Perform SAP Printer Management: Creation, configuration and basic troubleshooting
- Assists in the installation and set-up of SAP Business One systems
- Assign user roles to SAP IDs
- Remove user roles to SAP IDs
- Extend validity of roles to SAP IDs
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned for the fulfillment of the ESDB cluster's deliverables
