Position at GroupM Nexus INCA
Overview of job
As a Social Commerce Executive of the INCA team, you will be tasked with the social commerce and livestreaming operations of this new and dynamic team, working hand in hand with a leading beauty client. You are an organized & self-driven person, and you are a great project manager who is meticulous, detailed and exhibits a proactive working attitude to meet campaign objectives.

. Exposure to all GroupM employees especially with the commercial and finance team, close contact & coordination with clients, influencers, livestreamers, production houses and social commerce experts

Measures of success -
In three months:
. Develop strong understanding of the daily operations of social commerce and livestreaming planning and campaign execution while slowly becoming familiar with client's brands and expectations
. Learn the internal workflow between influencer lead, social commerce lead and the PR / team - and how this internal collaboration allows us to address client's business objectives
. Comfortable in researching and creating influencer and livestreamer recommendations
. Liaise with various production stakeholders in setting up livestreams
. Build basic reports with the supervision of the Social Commerce Lead
In six months:
. Able to create and run an livestreaming campaign from brief to report.
. Confident to collaborate with clients about types of content and livestreaming executions that are suitable for the campaign.
. Comfortable talking to and presenting directly to clients when necessary.
. Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e. influencers, livestreamers, production crew, internal collaborators, clients).
. Develop reports and/or insights to clients when needed and/or at the end of the campaign.
. Educate internal team about livestreamer and influencer research/trends and its values.
In 12 months:
. Expertise in social commerce, specific to beauty landscape.
. Build and maintain strong and long-term relationship with hosts, influencers, production crew to create a successful livestream.
. Provide insight and good suggestions for running campaigns using influencers and livestreamers.
. Assists strategies and tactics that are new and cutting edge together with Social Commerce Manager and Social Commerce Lead.
QUALIFICATIONS
. Preferably with 1-2 years experience in an e-commerce, social commerce. Digital marketing background is preferred.
. Excellent project management skills with clients and stakeholders, with ability to compromise to arrive at a beneficial outcome for all stakeholders
. Strong attention to detail and a process driven mind-set, with excellent time-management skills and a penchant for prioritization
. Strong passion to understand media, digital content and campaign implementation
. High interest to be trained and ability to work autonomously whilst achieving campaign objective
