We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative. This personnel will deal with the existing and potential customers of the company with an aim to help instructors to sign up and be able to close sales deals.
The most successful candidate will be one who has great conversation skills that make the customer feel relaxed and happy. You're not so much selling to them as just chatting about learning stick shift. Anyone who has a background in customer service, hospitality, bartending, waiting tables, customer support, or any other environment where friendliness and happiness were helpful will do well in this role. It will be an advantage for someone with a good knowledge and understanding about cars and find it interesting to talk about car facts, someone who reads car blogs and comfortable in discussing it with other people.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelors' Degree / High school degree or equivalent course in business, marketing, economic or other related field
-Proven experience in sales is an advantage
-Car lover, someone with a good knowledge and understanding about cars and find it interesting to talk about car facts, someone who reads car blogs and comfortable in discussing it with other people
-Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
-Exceptional communication skills and comprehension (both written and verbal)
-Preferably with knowledge in using cloud-based CRM
-The ability to work both within a team and independently
-The ideal candidate is a reliable, proactive, ambitious, and innovative team player
-Proven ability to achieve results against set objectives in a fast moving, dynamic environment
-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Role Summary:
-Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
-Take Inbound Calls
-Assist instructors with the sign-up process
-Host info session calls with instructors
-Answer instructor questions
-Follow up with existing instructors to make sure we have all of the documents, photos, and other assets that we need.
-Collaborate with the team to make sure all assets meet our standards.
-Contact instructors who haven't finished the signup process to get them to finish the process, taking time to figure out why they didn't finish.
Additional Qualifications:
We sell driving lessons to customers over the phone and through email. In order to provide lessons, we have to sign up instructors to teach lessons. The model is similar to Airbnb and Uber. People who apply to be instructors typically have questions and concerns about what's involved in being an instructor. We've solved for every objection that potential instructors have, so it's really just a matter of making sure they have the proper information. As such, it's just about the easiest sales job in the world.
You're driven to succeed.
At the end of the day, this is a sales job (though it really is the easiest sale you'll ever make). Therefore, you need to love hammering the phones, email, and text. You love having a goal to hit every day and want to push hard to make it happen.
