In-House Accountant
Monitor all variance accounts, determine root cause and take necessary and appropriate actions to correct reporting variances as required. Provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of the business and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage all accounting transactions
· Prepare budget forecast
· Publish financial statements in time
· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Ensure timely bank payments
· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
· Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
· Audit financial transactions and documents
· Reinforce financial data confidentially and conduct database backups when necessary
· Comply with financial policies and regulations
· Prepare report to management on status of books of each company
· Coordinate with external accountant to ensure timely filing of returns
Requirements and Skills
· work experience as CPA at least 2 years
· excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
· hands-on experience with accounting software (any currently in used software)
· experience with general ledger functions
· strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
· Bachelor degree on Accountancy , Finance or any relevant degree
