Job Summary:
Importation Assistant manages data and information for importation processes and provides support for the overall processes of the Importation Department.
Qualifications:
Must possess Bachelor/College Degree in any 4-year business course; Preferably with a Degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
Must have at least a background or knowledge of import and export processes.
Experience as an Importation Assistant is an advantage.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Amenable to travel/commute to the head office located in BTTC Centre, Brgy. Greenhills, San Juan City.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares Importation/Shipment related documents
Provides clear and concise reports and pricing information to the management.
Facilitates timely accurate renewal of Importation Clearance, and other related LTO (License to Operate) Certificates.
Makes sure that the trade goods, commodities, and products are transmitted functionally.
Formulates, organizes, and executes acquisition requests and makes sure that the files and documents maintained in the organization are accurate.
Organizes commodities and products for dispatchments and transferring, storing, and delivering the commodities and products.
Prepares and processes all import documents and broker invoices and manage all contain shipments in coordination with freight carriers and customers.
Supervise all products and associate shipments and ensure the arrival of all goods within the required time frame.
Keeps a thorough record of business transactions and enters data from daily work logs into the company's general system.
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time by your immediate superior.
