Job Description
S & L Fine Foods, Inc., Philippines fast-growing importer & distributor of fine foods from Australia, Europe, and the USA. We cater to hotels, restaurants, catering, retail, and other food service establishments. We are looking to hire an Importation Officer as we look to accelerate the growth of our business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, carriers)
Liaise with Transporters and Consignees to coordinate the clearance and delivery of imports
Monitoring and following up of Import shipment and checking shipment status regularly
Understanding customs process and procedures
Processing shipments and arranging local handling services
Provide input various internal and departmental reporting mechanisms
Resolve import issues and customs problems as and when necessary
Any other duties as may be assigned by the company's management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or above.
Relevant professional qualification and field experience is an advantage
1-2 years related field experience (logistics and freight forwarding)
Positive, ambitious, high degree of initiative and adaptability. A candidate who will grow along with the Company
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment with good analytical skills
