Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Import/Export Executive to join our team based in the Philippines.
As the Import/Export Executive, you will:
Handle day-to-day operations jobs smoothly, in compliance with government, carriers' regulations & rules and adherence to company's business direction/ values / policies / KPIs as well as maximization of the profitability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
As an Import/Export Executive, you need to be:
A graduate or a degree holder preferably in Customs Administration or any relevant field of study
Has minimum of 2 years experience in a Multi-Modal position with current hands-on experience in Air Import/export and sea import/export
Is client focused with strong service ethic and skills.
Has the ability and confidence to deal with difficult customers, if the need arises
Methodical, planned and organized with high attention to detail
Possess the skill to consistently meet deadlines in a timely manner
Knowledge/Experience
Strong computer literacy (ability to utilize MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Commercial awareness is essential in this role
Results-orientated and resilient
Effective Time Management and analytical skills
Effective organizational skills with significant focus on attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally and with clients
