Description
SKILLS:
1. Proficient in digital literacy. Adept in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint), and use of internet.

6. Data entry.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Receive shipping documentations from Supplier and validate its accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Suppliers on any lacking/missing document.
• Forward complete set of shipping documents to broker for customs releasing processing.
• Perform all record keeping. Receive, segregate and file shipping documents.
• Send copies of shipping documents to warehouse and broker prior to arrival of stocks.
• Update shipment monitoring regularly.
• Facilitate documentations being sent by broker for proper approval (i.e. container waiver, SDV and import entry).
• Create OADA Summary and send to Finance/Accounts Payable every after receipt of
shipment.
• Receive and check broker's billings. Scan and send to KTA for payment processing.
• Download incoming shipment from Infor Nexus to ensure no shipment is being missed out.
Coordinate with Supplier for any documents not yet received.
• Coordinate with warehouse and broker on forecast of shipment arrival.
• Coordinate with Finance estimate of Duties and Taxes for advance booking/accrual on weekly and monthly basis.
• Align with Supply Planners on next month's incoming shipment/GIT.
• Send report to Finance on open orders monthly.
• Coordinate with broker on ICC and NTC application, and payment thereof.
• Monitor incidental costs related to importation (e.g. demurrage, detention, etc.)
• Liaise in processing of license renewal (i.e. BOC permit, etc.)
• Perform other related tasks that may arise from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Decision making, Problem Solving
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
