ABOUT THIS POSITION:
The HRIS Implementation Specialist is a critical role responsible for leading the implementation of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for our organization. This role is responsible for developing user training materials, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure the system is running smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HRIS systems, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent interpersonal skills.
TASKS:
Achieves mastery of the use of software products to be implemented.
Achieve mastery of the different stages of HRIS and ATS implementation.
Manages implementation activities including schedules and meetings.
Assists the end user (HR Head, Employee Relations Manager and Global Recruitment Head or Team Leader) in the requirements detailed investigation and requirements' mapping.
Performs appropriate documentation for all phases of the project including requirements specification, job orders, progress/status reports, and project acceptance.
Facilitate user training.
Coordinates with Technical Support and R&D Groups for software installation, database configuration, and customizations.
Assists users during database buildup, test runs, parallel runs, and live runs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Documents all issues and problems encountered during the implementation cycle and makes appropriate recommendations for problem resolutions.
Regularly submit reports to the end-users (HR Head, Employee Relations Manager and Global Recruitment Head or Team Leader) at least twice a week.
Coordinates with the Accounting Department for billing and collection.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent
The advantage of having work experience in implementing HRIS/ATS or any software
Familiarity with HR practices, HRIS, or Payroll Software and ATS is an advantage
Ability to engage with higher management and business leaders, at all levels of the team.
