Your Job in Brief
The Implementation Specialist plays a role in passing product knowledge and teaching how the Company's software products are operated. This post is also concerned with addressing the concerns of the clients to ensure a good service experience for them. The Implementation Specialist’s stakeholder is mostly the clientele but is also highly collaborative with the Production and Support Teams to process the queries and complaints of the clients. In general, this role is crucial in maintaining good service and inputting ideas for the enhancement of the products.
We are looking for 1 Implementation Specialist (based in Cebu preferred) for our Cebu clients. We are also looking for another Implementation Specialist (based in Metro Manila preferred).

Your Specific Tasks Are
The work activities of the Web Developer-PHP are as follow:
Client-Collaborating Tasks
Trains clients on how the Company’s software products are operated
Assists clients in using Company’s software products for them to master the system
Helps in looking for solutions that the Company can offer to the client to make their processes efficient
Answers clients’ questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms
Takes notes of the clients’ comments regarding the system for the Research and Development Team to examine and enhance the software
Feedbacking Tasks
Reports to the Development and Quality Assurance Teams the bugs, through a ticket system, discovered by the clients to improve the Company's software products
Asks updates from the Development Team on the clients’ queries to assure good relations with them
Reviews the modified system by the Development Team to confirm the attainment of the requirements specified in the Jira board
Sales Tasks
Engages in client discussions to assure that the Company’s software products answer their demands
Sells the Company’s software products to clients with fitting needs to ensure the alignment of the solutions to them
Discusses sales strategy with colleagues in the Implementation Team for insights on the high probability of project success with clients
You Should Have
At least a year of work similar experience
Proficiency in dealing and assisting customers
Advanced knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint
Familiarity with video applications like Zoom or Google Meet
Coaching, mentoring, and training background
Keen to details and quick analytic and troubleshooting skills
Attended college level
Assets that Increase Your Points
Familiar with ZenDesk
Experience with working in the field of IT and software/SaaS
Relevant familiarity with API and cloud-based apps
Manages to work with a team and with different departments in the company
Willing to engage with clients
