Job Description & Summary We are looking for qualified candidates with a unique combination of consulting and software implementation experience to support client-facing delivery of consulting projects across South East Asia.
Provide in-depth guidance to customers to align their unique business needs with Planview solution capabilities
Facilitate workshops and lead configuration activities to achieve customer's business outcomes
Translate customer business requirements and use cases into a best practice driven configured solution
Complete migrations, implementations, and configuration of products or services for customers including add-ons, analytics, and integrations with other products Define reporting and analytics and integration business requirements and complete functional specification documentation
Leverage consulting skills and experience to address day-to-day challenges when dealing with customers, including conflict resolution, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer issues
Conduct quality assurance checks and testing during implementations to ensure a high quality customer experience
Work collaboratively with Planview teams to support overall solution documentation and build internal knowledge base
You will work as part of a dedicated team that supports client-facing projects across South East Asia on a broad range of topics and industries. The Centre of Excellence works with teams across South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Myanmar), and beyond.
