We are looking for a highly knowledgeable "Implementation Engineer" that is responsible for providing support for on-site migration from desktops to tablets in a Work from Home set up.

Shift Details:
Shift 1: 7am - 4pm EST
Shift 2: 3pm - 12am EST
Responsibilities:
Joining a phone call to support on-site migration from desktops to tablets
Lead phone calls for installations
Follow a checklist to ensure all steps are done and testing is completed for each installation
Complete 20 migrations per night
Manage multiple installations concurrently
Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and determine network problems
Diagnose and resolve incidents using documented procedures to perform responsibilities
Integrate and test activities by migrating applications from development to operational environment
Responding to client support requests
Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
Connecting via remote link
Advising on software or hardware upgrades
Providing basic training on computer operation and management
Completing job reports and ordering supplies
Specific Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
CCNA is a plus
Strong English is required
1-3 years work experience in Desktop Support or Support Technician
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues
Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary
Excellent interpersonal skills
