Job Description
 Duties and Responsibilities
1. Development 
Review module customization
Define technical specifications
Facilitate data migration and conversion
Facilitate User Training 
Prepare test cases/scripts
Roll-out Project Go-Live 
Resolve issues lodged in CPI's Ticketing System 
Participate in conference calls relating to project deliverables 
Act as liaison between Project Stakeholders 
Propose Project initiative that will add value for the team 
Ensure escalation of issues to Systems Integration Manager and other teams concerned
Follow coding standard
Observe and implement company process standard
2. Implementation
Perform Project Estimates during Proof of Concept
Facilitate Data Gathering through-
Interview 
Conference Call 
Survey whenever necessary 
Prepare Business Requirement document 
Finalize Project Timelines 
Report Project Milestones 
Facilitate document sign-off requirement
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing in the following-
Internal Testing 
Beta Testing 
Parallel Testing 
Consolidate, review and prepare User's Manual 
Facilitate User Training 
Participate in post mortem analysis 
Develop and customize system according to the requirements of the client being implemented 
3. Client Relationship Management 
Build rapport with internal and external clients through constant and effective communication on any service delivery related matters 
Strictly comply with internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLA)
4. Resource Management 
Support and recommend cost saving measures to meet financial objectives of the Company
5. Personal Leadership and Teamwork 
Take ownership of personal learning and development 
Ensure teamwork and discipline in the workplace
Comply with internal controls and adhere to Company policies and procedures 
Specifications:
Graduate of any business-related or IT-related course 
With relevant experience in timekeeping and payroll processing is preferred
Must be knowledgeable in project management 
Must be proficient in MS Applications
Must be adept in System Analysis and Design 
Must have excellent communication skills 
Must be keen on details 
Must be customer oriented 
Preferably resident of Pasig or Mandaluyong
