YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
At least two (2) years work experience in the same level or position.
1. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1. Exportation includes the following activities:
1.1.1. Checks Sales order monitoring for Customer delivery requirement on a daily basis.
1.1.2. Inquires flight or vessel details and schedule from the assigned broker/forwarder.
1.1.3. Calls broker/forwarder to book shipment one (1) day prior to flight schedule for air freight and prepares booking form and one (1) week prior to sailing schedule for sea freight and sends Proforma booking.
1.1.4. Prepares shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Export Declaration, PEZA Tally and Boatnote and endorses to assigned broker/forwarder through logbook.
1.1.5. Assists assigned PEZA Examiner during loading of containerized shipment, checks and records container no. and shipping seal.
1.1.6. Sends final Proforma to broker/forwarder for Bill of Lading preparation.
1.1.7. Monitors status of export with broker/forwarder and follows up copy of HAWB and MAWB for air freight and Bill of Lading and Country of Origin (if applicable) for sea freight.
1.1.8. Sends shipping documents to consignee's counterpart via e-mail and retain copy for filing.
1.1.9. Requests and files proof of delivery for all exportations from broker/forwarder.
1.2. Importation includes the following activities:
1.2.1. Coordinates with Control Supervisor in regards to incoming shipments.
1.2.2. Checks completeness of incoming shipment documents such as Packing List, Invoice, Bill of Lading or Air Way Bill and Material Safety Data Sheet for materials categorized as dangerous goods.
1.2.3. Uploads new items in the Auto IP with correct HS Code. Prepares Certification, Authorization, photocopy of ID of authorized signatory and request letter for certification of clearance (for resin materials).
1.2.4. Calls selected broker to handle the customs clearance which includes processing and releasing of shipment.
1.2.5. Monitors status of shipment and assists PEZA examiner on actual examination of cargo upon arrival of containerized import.
1.2.6. Prepares PEZA container exit pass for containerized import and files Importation documents.
