Qualifications
At least College Level or Associate graduate
Experience in a related field is an advantage
Knowledge of Basic Japanese Language is an advantage
Organized with good communication skills
With a high-level of initiative; can do multi-tasking
With good interpersonal skills
Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Proficient in MS Office such as Word and Excel
Keen to details
Willing to be trained
Can start immediately
Scope of Work
Will process import and export shipments
Will monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
Will ensure timely delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments
Will make monthly shipment reports
Willing to work over time when necessary
