IMPEX (IMPORT/EXPORT) OFFICER
Qualifications:
Male / Female
Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Custom Administration / College degree in any Field
Can work with minimum supervision and with good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools
Strong attention to details and problem - solving skills
Can easily adopt to a fast paced environment
With background in Import/ Export transactions & Activities is a must
Can handle multiple tasks with competing deadline and coordination with multiple levels
With at least 3 years of Working Experience in the Related Field is a Plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Will process Import and Export Shipments
Will Monitor Incoming and Outgoing Shipments
Will Ensure timely delivery of Incoming and Outgoing Shipments
Will Make monthly Shipment Reports
Will coordinate with forwarders for rates and bookings.
