General Job Description
 
CeNix is looking for a data scientist (manager - developer) to help us discover, organize, and report information hidden in vast amounts of collectible data, and help us make smarter decisions to maximize our marketing efforts and customer experience. Your primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, organizing data, creating real-time reports, assisting in statistical analysis, and building need specific reporting systems for analyzing and measuring production and the effectiveness of marketing efforts. 
 
Responsibilities
Statistical and performance data mining and organizing using state-of-the-art methods.
Extending the company’s data with third party sources of information when needed
Provide integration (cross-app plug-in) of multiple platforms and services.
Enhancing data collection procedures to include and report information that is relevant for building analytic systems for different departments.
Refining, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear real-time manner
Develop easy to read realtime online reports for numerous websites and company departments.
Work daily with upper management and team (department) leaders to develop sources, needs, reporting methods, and other needs relevant to data collection and analysis.
Research new methods and sources of data collection and integration as well as updated capabilities of our various sources.
Skills and Qualifications
Should have a data-oriented personality with relevant skills, training, and/or experience.
Should be proficient with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, YouTube Analytics, and other related platforms.
Should have a solid working background with Google Data Studio and related plug-ins.  
Great communication skills and very good English skills.
Skills to export data to Google Sheets, Data Studio and charts and graphs, etc.
Familiar with cross-integration platforms such as Zapier is a PLUS.
Familiar with services such as Oribi, Kissmetrics, TapClicks, etc. is a PLUS.
Familiarity with setting up A/B testing scenarios is a PLUS.
Good scripting and programming skills are a PLUS.
Knowledge of cross integration with marketing platforms such as Active Campaign, LiveChat, etc. is a PLUS.
Must be reliable and detail-oriented. 
Highly prefer the ability to start IMMEDIATELY.
