What is your mission?
 
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accurate and timely information.
Handle live operational issues with service providers to ensure timely completion.
Record all inquiries, transactions, and communications accurately in the CRM system.
Liaise with external partners, vendors, and technicians to assist with customer requests and documentation.
Maintain updated customer records and product knowledge to deliver effective support.
Adhere to SOPs, quality standards, and KPIs to ensure service excellence.
Manage multiple interactions efficiently, especially during peak periods.
Escalate issues appropriately to maintain smooth service flow.
Report system or procedural gaps to help improve operations.
Adapt quickly to changes in processes, systems, or client requirements.
Accept feedback from management and clients to enhance performance.
Follow assigned schedules and perform other related duties as required by management.
Who are we looking for?
Senior High School Graduate
Must have at least 6 months customer service or technical support experience in BPO set up supporting international customers
Able to handle customer inquiries and issue resolution
Able to document interactions using CRM systems and other tools
Good data entry skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Amenable to work rotating shifts
Can work in Robinsons Pavia, Iloilo City
