About the opportunity
The Identity and Access Management position is responsible for managing the lifecycle of identities and associating accounts and access management from creation to termination (onboarding/offboarding). This includes messaging components and providing overall support to Ceridian users and business partners.
What you will get to do
Creation and ongoing maintenance of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) framework including policies and processes relating to the onboarding and offboarding of employees, creation of user profiles, assignment of role-based access to resources, application access provisioning
Development of policies, processes, and technologies to ensure privileged access for sensitive information is enforced, maintained, and audited
Apply expertise and own Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management to drive overall efficiency, security, and organization within access management
Implementation and operationalization of technologies and processes to support project initiatives and enhanced authentication mechanisms
Identify opportunities to drive automation to improve workflow and customer experience
Provide guidance on the implementation and best practice related to standard and privileged access
Act as a liaison with business unit stakeholders to identify and understand information access
Create documentation for support processes, standard operating procedures, end-user guides, and best practices
Manage work requests via ServiceNow ticketing system
Monitor and regularly perform account/security group cleanup duties to keep AD clear of stale, unused, expired, and objects no longer needed
Troubleshoot account and access related end user issues

Skills and experience we value
Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years related information security experience
Applicable experience with information security technologies including identity platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Azure Active Directory), identity providers, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems and multi-factor technologies (Microsoft Authenticator
Experience with one or more general purpose scripting (PowerShell or JavaScript), or any programming languages (writing/modifying)
Exceptional written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Ability to use critical judgement to make decisions and solve problems involving various levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with peers on a global scale
Knowledge with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model
Experience and knowledge in system administration and resource access management (i.e., shared folders, mailbox, and SQL)
Microsoft O365/Exchange management experience would be considered an asset
