Job Description The primary purpose of this position is to provide thought-leadership and execution capabilities for security architecture, defining policies and controls, performing security monitoring, and helping to build security incident response; ultimately maturing the Cyber Security practice. Job Responsibilities: Manages privileged access (CyberArk) of internal and external individuals/customers. Directs onboarding and off boarding of all users by provisioning and de-provisioning access within all necessary systems. Manages the day-to-day operations of IAM systems by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair. Responsible for the ongoing management and improvement of activities related to Identity and Access Management (I&AM). Leads account lifecycle management, governance, and administration from inception to termination for all users. Maintains a clear understanding of role-based access control and chooses the most appropriate option to maintain a "least. Reviews analyzes and creates detailed documentation of Identity Management needs, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts. Investigate and advise on the latest security-related vulnerabilities to ensure that the security posture of the infrastructure is strong. Confirm completion of monitoring and response activities for security violations and attacks through incident response tracking. Work with Risk Management and Audit Organizations to identify, document, and resolve corporate risks. Identifies any outdated access control protocols and makes recommendations to modernize and strengthen IAM security. Generates reports for users' accounts and accesses.
