The Identity and Access Governance (IAG) Analyst is a member of our Global Identity and Access Governance Team, with the responsibility of planning, organizing, and managing the enterprise identity and access. This role works with a variety of different technologies (including Active Directory, IAM solutions like OKTA, endpoint devices, and cloud-based computing resources).
Working independently under limited supervision, the IAM Analyst supports the success of the global information security risk management program, by managing user lifecycle in various peripheral systems following compliance processes and maintaining a high standard of documentation. They will work with other members of the IT team to ensure timely resolution of access requests and will also interface with various departments and clients to establish and document access profile standards.
Essential Functions - Duties and Responsibilities
Manage ticket creation/tracking/monitoring of onboarding, termination, job change, suspension and reinstatement of employees and contractors
Provide Role Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis, design and implementation expertise within the Organization's IAM Infrastructure; collaborating with different teams within the enterprise to refine and expand the adoption of a semantically logical and comprehensive RBAC framework
Work within the IT team and other parts of the organization to refine and introduce new processes and services.
Develop process and procedure to ensure our controls are regularly audited internally
Provide support to Incident Response (IR) investigation when analysis confirms an actionable item or incident
Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support different organization within the enterprise

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1 - 2 years working experience in at least one branch of security knowledge (Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Identity Management, CIAM (Consumer Identity), RBAC (Role Based Access Controls), JML (Joiners Movers leavers process), Risk Governance and Security Audit and Compliance) to reflect skills and talent necessary for this role preferred
Knowledge of identity lifecycle, security roles, access certification/attestation, entitlement Governance, and access governance.
Observant and detail-oriented; able to spot errors or inconsistencies in large sets of data. An inquisitive puzzle-solver, willing to investigate complex incidents to determine the correct sequence of events and identify potential root cause
Comfortable working as part of a small virtual team with very little direct supervision. Self-disciplined and able to remain focused on successful accomplishment of tasks and assignments
A fast learner, able to find your way around in new systems, a quizzical mind, able to learn using interviews, observation, research and self-study to quickly figure out how things work, and keeping good notes so the process can be repeated later
Ability to maintain high ethical standards and exhibit a strong sense of professional integrity and personal honesty, due to the nature of the work performed in this role
Associate's degree/certificate in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, or demonstrated proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Has ITIL v3 Foundation certification or hands-on experience with managing access controls, IT system or process architecture
A technology generalist with experience across a wide variety of products, and a desire to specialize in the fields of information security or compliance
A continuous learner and excellent communicator who appreciates a challenge and is comfortable working with new technologies or in new areas that require experimentation and rapid problem solving (fast-paced, startup environment).
Knowledge of ServiceSource operations (business or technology) is a definite plus.
Uninterrupted home-based internet is required for this role. Applicants should have sufficient internet access in their homes to attend and host video calls, as well as perform essential functions of the role which include downloading and uploading of large files to shared network drives. In general, we have found that a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is essential.
