The User Access Management team provides identity and access management and governance functions to COG Technology systems and applications in line with the Group's regulatory and policy requirements.
As an Identity Access Management Analyst (IAM), you are expected to:
Coordinate periodic user access reviews of internal and external systems used by the Group and maintain appropriate documentations
Developing and supporting the Starter, Transfer and Leaver process for key systems and reporting on status of this process.
Developing and supporting generic account management process for key systems and reporting on status of this process.
Assist in the ongoing support of compliance protocols and other related Group access management policies.
Project work including the implementation and maintenance of a Segregation of Duties framework in line with the Group's requirements.
Process mapping and identifying relevant gaps and improvements to enhance our methodology and efficiency.
Developing and maintaining user access management standard operation procedures
Partnering with the Technology Production Support regarding the operating procedures for access controls, access request, access provisioning, reporting, and auditing
Assisting with defining and maintaining the rule set for roles (i.e. job title)
Assisting with the implementation of the new identity and access management technology including UAT coordination, release preparations, and training support
Provide recommendations for improving the identity and access services
Assisting with developing the approach to migrate from manual to automated workflows
Timely reporting and escalations to Senior Management which highlight exceptions that breach our User Access Management policy.
Work on projects and tasks assigned
Willing to go on shifting schedule if required to support business activities

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate business knowledge on the following:
Previous experience in coordinating/performing User Access Reviews is essential.
Exposure to identity and user access management and generic account management principles and standards
Exposure in an internal client facing role supporting the administration of business systems would be highly desirable.
Prior experience in dealing with 3rd parties, including vendors and external business systems providers.
Strong project management and process skills
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and communicate status with IT and Business partners, stakeholders, and senior management
Demonstrated ability to understand the scope of user access management status, issues, risks across the organization and determine the key points that need to be communicated and acted upon
We would also want to know if you have technical specialist in demonstrating ability to independently analyse processes/ issues and not accept at face value, ability to write/ present clear and concise report, able to identify gaps in controls and opportunities to improve risk framework and policies, has an effective written and verbal communication skills, advanced skills in developing reports and presentations for large audiences and senior management, advanced skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Knowledge of IT systems and applications such as SailPoint, Active Directory, LDAP, Peoplesoft an advantage and at least 5 years Identity and User Access Management, Privilege and Generic Accounts Management experience.
