About the role:
As an Entitlement Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability/maintenance of user IDs and access rights based on approved security matrices and requests, and ensures that calls, emails and other requests received are documented and defined in accordance with the unit's request and turn-around-time
How you'll contribute:
Updates and prepares Identity Access Management procedures; Assists to provide IAM reports to senior leadership.
Handles maintenance of IDs/accounts in the processing of clearance of separated employees (e.g., resigned, retired, terminated, etc.); Creates and/or maintains user accounts and passwords as requested; Defines and/or maintains access rights for user profiles, classes, or groups; Provides credentials (contains ID and password) for newly-hired employees.
Creates and maintains user ID database for applications being handled
Provides support and troubleshooting on identity access-related issues; Identifies IAM-related issues within the company to reduce the risk of security exposures and coordinates with various teams to resolve them.
What we're looking for
Proficiency in identity and access management technologies and protocols, such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and SSO
Knowledge of security best practices and technologies, such as encryption, multi-factor authentication, and firewalls
Ability to manage and maintain user identities, roles, and permissions in multiple systems and applications
Experience with scripting or programming languages, such as Python, Java, or PowerShell
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of identity and access management best practices, frameworks, and standards, such as NIST SP 800-63, ISO 27001, and COBIT
