Job Description
As an eCommerce & HRI Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving growth for all current eCom Channels and HRI Accounts - at the same time, you are expected to identify new players in the market (eCom Channels/Platforms and HRI Partners) that would be relevant to our products and fundamental in further driving sales for Selecta Ice Cream.
Sustain a healthy relationship with our 3rd Party Stakeholders (Online & HRI Partners)
Plan & Execute total eCommerce & HRI Strategies that are in line with the Business growth ambition
Drive Operational Efficiencies through perfect servicing with internal and external stakeholders
Deliver Exceptional Campaigns to drive Reach & Penetration
Deliver Sales Conversion in eCom & HRI
Drive Perfect Store Online in line with the 7 Omni-Channel Assets
Main Accountabilities
Accountable to deliver eCom & HRI Business Targets for TO, Reach & Peneteration (Basket Size i.e. New Product Peneteration, Cross Selling, Upselling, Inc. Frequency)
Deliver Sales and Profit plan for eCom & HRI in conjunction with local market strategicplan
Manage the relationship with eCom & HRI customers for strategy execution
Drive Perfect Store Online for the ICNow and GroceryNow assortment - following the 4OA and established KPIs
Drive Joint campaigns using both 3rd party touchpoints and 1st party touchpoints
Create compelling content: partner with the brand and marketing teams to create compelling always on Digital shelf content, spanning both upper and lower funnel assets, triggering operators to buy our products
Test, learn and scale up right support models: run small scale pilots (critical to drive Multi Brand Campaigns)
Issue weekly/monthly snapshots of e-Com platforms & HRI partners performance and executive summaries
Plan campaign calendars with behavioral and transactional data insights to improve traffic
Monitor website usability and implements A/B tests to improve site performance, merchandising options, engagement, and conversion
Ability to apply the following digital tools:
Content suite, PXM, PIM, AEM and The Asset Bank (TAB) & KWERY
Power BI, Google Analytics
Relevant Experience:
Strategy into Action: Good understanding of different shopping missions, operator lifecycle, buying journeys, local eCommerce and Foodservice channel landscapes
Business acumen: Understanding of IC & customer P&L, measurement of campaign ROI and Media KPIs
Customer Centricity
Content that converts: Good understanding of 7 Omnichannel Assets (7OA) and why it is important and can improve Perfect Store online scores with better 70A implementation. Basics of how SEO and SEM works.
Campaigning: Advanced campaign calendar planning skills and good understanding of how to drive Trade Partners & Pure Player advertising. Ability to properly analyze the results of campaigns and optimize them accordingly.
Building value propositions: Able to build value proposition to engage pure players and penetrate more operators
Stake Holder Management
Essential:
2-5 years of working experience in eCom or similar function in FMCG
Has managed 3rd party online platforms like Grabfood, Foodpanda, Lazada, Shope, and other eCommerce platforms & executed marketing campaigns before
Understands key metrics for eCom like page views, conversation rate etc.
Knowledgeable Digital & Social media
Experience in SEO, SEM, A/B Testing, Content Suite
Desirable:
Passion for Food and the Ice Cream industry
Industry knowledge for Ecommerce, Operator Groups & Trade Customers
