Your Role and Responsibilities
UI/UX Designers at IBM are a key part of the design and development team who uses imagery, color, shapes, typography, media, and form to enhance usability and improve the user experience. You may refer below to learn more about your role.
The UI/UX designer selects, designs, and implements media technologies for IBM learning initiatives.
Works closely with initiative leaders, instructional designers, media directors, solution developers, stakeholders, and other professionals to determine how media can support learning objectives.
Innovates by bringing new or less familiar media to the attention of others, by using core learning system capabilities in creative ways, and by efficiently deploying learning initiatives within the IBM Learning industry.
The successful candidate will be hands-on in visual designs, capable of working with Content Developers to ensure the visual look-and-feel enhances the overall learner experience of our products.
Pixel perfect precision and demonstrated skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design applications are a must.
