What you'll do: * Business Analysis
Identifies and analyzes the business processes

Defines product requirements based on business needs
Ensures alignment between product requirements and business goals
Functional Specifications
Prepares the functional specifications aligned with product requirements
Validates functional specifications with stakeholders and development team
Adheres to functional specifications standards
Project Management
Fulfills the expected role in a Project Team
Fulfills the project deliverables within the Service Level Agreement
Coordination and Reporting
Maintains a productive and harmonious relationship with stakeholders
Complies with coordination and reporting requirements of the development process
Other tasks that may be assigned

What we'd like you to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Management of Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Marketing / Management /other related fields
At least 2 years of related work experience (Business Analysis, Web Development, Product Management, Product Officer, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Analyst)
Has experience on user experience design, requirements gathering and analysis
Knowledgeable in systems development life cycle (SDLC
Can prepare MySQL queries
Has programming background with HTML, JavaScript, PHP (Laravel)
Adept to web development jargons and concepts
Detail-oriented and with good multi-tasking and analytical skills
With good interpersonal skills and can efficiently work with a team
Above average command in English language (Written and Oral)
Note: Please be advised that this is a Full-time Office-based position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup, but will resume normal office operations once the pandemic eases. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.
