Ensures that the Hotel's food safety and management standard is implemented and maintained according to the established procedures, operational policies and controls.
Formulates and maintains an updated procedural manual for the Hotel.
Work Experience
At least 3 years experience in the Hotel or Food Service industry.
Proactive problem solver & excellent organizational skills.
Highly effective trainer.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
