Job Description
Inspect and repair gear boxes, Inspect and repair all type of cylinders.
Make daily report for Maintenance Supervisor.
Reading, understanding and analysing hydraulic drawing.
Ability to work as part of a team in multinational environment.
Troubleshooting of critical mechanical and hydraulic machine (CNC machine) breakdowns.
Responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, repairing or rebuilding hydraulic system for industrial machine.
Responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, repairing or rebuilding pneumatic equipment to job specifications.
Identifying and applying lubricants including oils, greases, graphite; installing lubrication equipment and components.
To undertake any other duties as reasonably required by Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Experience in using hands and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic system diagrams and blueprints.
Able to carry out maintenance, in diagnosing faults and repair hydraulic systems.
Experience in Steel Structure Fabrication Industry preferable.
In depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, Ability to read and interpret hydraulic diagrams & blueprints
Observant and analytical, Good Communication Skills in English
Strong practical and technical and problem-solving skills, Attention to details & accuracy, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
