Job Description
Visits and details promoted products regularly to doctors.
oConducts other promotional activities such as conducts Continuing Medical Education (One-on-One Product Detailing Program, Round Table Discussion, Symposium, Group Product Presentation)
oDevelops and updates Territory Master Work Plan as source of relevant information and guide in planning MD calls and implementation of programs.
oMonitors sales, product movements and inventory levels at the hospital pharmacies and other relevant accounts.
oMonitors, identifies competitive information and conducts competitor benchmarking.
oCoordinates with PD 30 and Key account managers to ensure availability of products in all outlets (drugstores and hospitals)
oPrepares and submits required operational reports based on timeline.
oConducts promotional activities with territory-initiated POAs to counteract competition.
oEnsures close coordination with team members and counterparts.
oAdheres to company values, procedures and policies on expense report, call reporting, etc. at all times
oIdentifies, develops, and manages close relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
oEnsures company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
o Ensures all ethical standards and business code of conduct are in compliance with industry and company guidelines
o with PRC license for medical representative
o At least3 years of Pharma Sales experience.
o Bachelor's degree holder
o Current vacancy will require candidate to travel to Visayas and Mindanao for HCP coverage and program implementation
o This vacancy is open to internal and externalHealthcare/Medical Representatives
