Job description:
1. Prepares checks and check vouchers and provide appropriate accounting entries.
2. Issue purchase orders for vendors, verify vendor invoices, and process payment for approved invoices
3. Preparation of Trainees weekly training allowance
4. Checking and validating of Telecommute reimbursemet
5. Maintain inventory management
6. Filing and scanning of accounting documents
7. Final pay processing and releasing
8. Preparation of bank reconcilliation
9. Asset and expense account reconciliations
Requirements:
Must have a bachelor or college degree in accounting or related business majors
Must have one or more years of working experience in an office environment
Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Excel and accounting software Detailed oriented and well-organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Candidate must be willing to work in our office located in Ortigas, Pasig City,
