Job Description
Perform heating and cooling load calculations and determine airflow requirements, identifying the sizes of air handling units or chiller and boilers.
Ensure good housekeeping practice is maintained for whole plant and compound on daily basis. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Oversees a team of HVAC service engineers , supporting them in their work installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC units and systems.
Monitors all equipment to keep the equipment in good working order and to prevent breakdowns and equipment downtime.
Conserve, install and recycle CFC and HCFC (Chlorofluorocarbon family) refrigerants, including records of refrigerant release. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including automation, electronic and mechanical components.
Experience with all types of HVAC including Heat Recovery, CAV/VAV systems, AHU & FCU Systems, Packaged Units, Splits, Evaporative Coolers
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
