Our reputable client is seeking an HVAC Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a dayshift and onsite job. The company is based in Makati City
Job Summary:
As an HVAC Subject Matter Expert (SME) you are responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's HVAC systems and other support equipment. You will act as the point person in HVAC issues and concerns. You will provide technical expertise in HVAC Systems by troubleshooting and doing investigations of technical issues.
Key job responsibilities include:

Maintains, and monitors all HVAC systems that supply manufacturing.
Conducts audits through the mechanical spaces to ensure no adverse events or near misses have occurred, and to identify risks situation.
Escalate and work closely with the responsible engineer for the diagnoses and repairs of complex equipment malfunctions requiring extensive knowledge and/or design impact.
Define and evaluate necessary modifications and improvements for the facility.
Ensure equipment documentation and procedures are up to date and accurate.
Establish and maintain procedures and technical training related to the HVAC Operations.
The candidate must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
At least 8 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
Good interpersonal skills -must be able to work with people of different backgrounds
