Your main responsibility is to perform end to end recruitment function for all professional, niche and leadership requirements. You will conceptualize and implement hiring strategies; you will provide market data, implications and options to the business you support. You will initiate and implement sourcing programs, deliver targeted attraction campaigns and other promotional activities for professional, niche and leadership hiring.

Your key responsibilities
Identify and source high potential candidates for talent needs using available channels for her assigned work stream and levels
Grow and maintain talent pipeline for senior analyst-associate levels; Talent pool for senior analyst-associate level
Provide support to the Recruitment Partner by pre-screening and conducting initial interviews for Senior Analyst to Associate levels
Participate in requirements meeting to calibrate for new roles
Complete assigned projects and tasks given by Recruitment Partner
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational
Development or equivalent
Strong experience from sourcing activities in a related industry (Banking, Shared services, BPO); strong experience with using different sourcing channels - preferably LinkedIn and Jobstree
Advanced skills in networking and handling stakeholder relationships externally and across the organizatio
Good experience with conducting pre-screening and competency-based interviews; Great skills in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail; Experienced with working as part of a team; Great communication skills both orally and written
