HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of HR experience with supervisory or leadership exposure.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Certified CHRA or CHRP holder.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and other HR-related software.
Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor oversees daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative HR functions. The HR Supervisor also provides guidance to the HR team and supports management in implementing HR initiatives.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with occasional travel for recruitment or company events.
May require extended hours to meet deadlines or handle urgent HR matters.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures: Regularly review and update to adapt to changes in laws and organizational needs.
Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts: Use mediation and conflict resolution techniques to effectively manage and resolve issues.
Conduct regular branch audits: Evaluate HR practices at various branches to ensure consistency with corporate policies, legal compliance, and best practices. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to address any discrepancies or issues found.
Organize employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities: Ensure alignment with company culture and employee interests.
Coordinate and deliver training and development programs: Include evaluation of training effectiveness and return on investment.
Support managers in evaluating employee performance and addressing performance issues: Provide tools and guidance to managers for effective performance management
Manage the hiring process, including conducting final interviews and working with department heads on hiring decisions.
Address payroll concerns and manage benefits administration, including leave management, overtime, and government-mandated benefits, while addressing employee inquiries on compensation and benefits.
Compensation:
Php 20, 000.00 - Php 25,000.00
Benefits:
Salary increases upon regularization.
Two (2) rest days per week (Saturday and Sunday).
Government mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG).
13th Month Pay
