JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee functions of different HR Facets
Coordinate with the departments and monitor the manpower structure or manpower needs of different departments
Oversee and assist with the payroll processing
Implementing the company policies and conducting the due process in case of violations
Occassionally organize events
Assist HR Manager on related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS/BA Psychology or Human ResourcesManagement/Development- Preferably with experience
- Willing to be assigned in Betis, Guagua, Pampanga.
