The role of Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for managing the organizational design, HR Plan, selection and placement to onboarding, career and performance management, learning and development, and the offboarding process cycles.
In the Recruitment aspect, He/She is the Point of Contact (POC) for all recruitment activities and tasks.
He/She will be responsible for updating, developing, interpreting, and recommending program goals and objectives, policies, and procedures, and courses of action in areas of both the Recruitment & Talent Management facets of the Human Resources.
He/She is also responsible for the administration, organization, and coordination of AFPI's performance management programs to ensure employee understanding of performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals and objectives and performance results.
This role supports the initiatives towards the success of AFPI's strategic direction and the employee performance that will drive and assists the goals and initiatives of the organization.
This role is crucial in managing and developing AFPI's employee performance.
The Recruitment and Talent Management is to (1) deliver workplace learning and development courses to equip the employees the basic skills and right attitude toward work which is integral to the succession management.
He/She also partakes to the change management initiatives and other meaningful interventions to improve work and employee engagement and experience in AFPI.
This role will advocate and help create a culture of continuous learning and growth through the learning and development programs.
He/She will put in place the learning initiatives that help employees to constantly evolve and develop at the same time with the organization.
He/She excels at identifying the current and future skills requirements of an organisation, and creates flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce and the changing strategic directions of AFPI (2) He/She will work on the succession management to cover the senior-most positions in a AFPI's hierarchy and considers critical roles along the various stages of the corporate ladder.
He/She builds a high-level of engagement among high-potentials who desire achievements and career advancement, anticipating the skill set of their talent pool.

Education and Work Background
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration and/or equivalent;
With 3-5 relevant years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Management, OD/Change Management, Learning & Development, Rewards and Recognition;
With 3-5 relevant years of experience as a Generalist or HRBP
Work Experience in fast-paced working environment
With experience and exposure in
assignment and completing multiple projects/priorities, rapid change and fast-paced work environment
inter-department and team collaborations and heading change initiatives
facilitation and communicating to different Departments within the Company
