-Oversees the recruitment process and suggest strategies to meet the staffing demand of the organization.
-Suggest and implement training and development programs. Research, suggest, implement, and monitor compensation and benefits programs for the organization.
-Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.
-Ensure legal compliance of HR state and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
-Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
-Reports to the CEO for any proposal, updates, initiatives, and others.

-Knowledge of any HR systems or tools
-Background in training and development, and recruitment is an advantage.
-Proven solid experience in a BPO set up is preferred (at least 3-5 years)
