FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for implementing the benefits related activities of employees.
1. Prepares and submit monthly reports and letters in government agencies such as SSS, Philhealth and HDMF.
2. Ensures the reporting of newly hired employees to SSS (R1A) and PHIC (ER-2).
3. Prepares monthly remittances of SSS, HDMF and Philhealth.
4. Entertains inquiries with regards to SSS, HDMF and Philhealth.
5. Process and submit loan application of employees to SSS and HDMF.
6. Responsible in communicating the employees concern to SSS, Philhealth and HDMF offices.
7. Process, computes and submit SSS Sickness, Maternity Notifications, and EC Application to SSS office and thru online and ensures that requirements attached are complete.
8. Prepares salary updates every payroll cut-off.
9. Monitor the issuance of free uniform to all employees.
10. Attends and participates in meetings and seminars.
11. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors and the general public.
12. Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
13. Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
14. Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval.
15. A bides by the Hospital policy, rules and regulations and follow department's standard operating procedure.
16. Perform other related functions as may be assigned by a superior and Management.
