Job Title: HR Operations Analyst (Japanese Speaking)
Location: Manila
Corporate Title: Analyst

Your role is responsible for managing queries and requests from employees. You will also support Japan's HR Operations activities. You can expect a structured training process from our knowledge experts. Your role will allow you to interact with our colleagues from different APAC locations. This function will also expose you to various HR Operations processes.

Your key responsibilities
Coordinate requirements and activities through processes and channels with various government agencies and external vendor(s) as needed.
Administer support to internal stakeholders and employees through case or query management via phone or emails acting as a first point of contact.
Perform transactional tasks to provide comprehensive core HR and product support services including but not limited to, employee life cycle matters, query management, employee termination and offboarding process, and invoice processing.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resource or equivalent
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication both Japanese and English Language
A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently
Excellent in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel
