Human Resources- Performance and Reward Payroll Lead

Your key responsibilities
Ensure execution of process controls and maintain data quality by ensuring that transactions are done accurately and timely
Ensure that agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with stakeholders are met.
Monitor and maintain proper records of all documents/correspondence relating to daily transactions and adhere to the archiving and retention policy of the assigned country
Provide relevant reports to management and stakeholders as well as seek continuous process improvements to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in delivery through collaboration and best practice sharing
Your skills and experience
Good working knowledge on Human Resource policies, processes and process inter-dependencies.
Good understanding of Philippine taxation
Knowledgeable on local labor laws and regulations will also be critical to the function
Process oriented with good understanding of risk and controls
Has strong and proven project management skills
With people management, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Good time management and ability to work under pressure
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Continuous and Progressive end-to-end payroll process exposure
