The company is headed by a group of well experience and knowledgeable people can handle international freight forwarding, consolidation projects and can handle entrance and clearance of vessel of foreign and international vessel.

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
Bachelor of Arts major in Psychology and related course
1-2 yrs of experience  Human Resource work such as: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Employee relation, Monitoring
Must be honest, patient and good moral background
With good communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision
Systematic, well-organized and detailed 
Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
